[aspect-devel] Configuring deal.ii

Hey Shangxin,

Thanks for your help on this: I’ve flagged HDF5 and got deal.ii to set it up but i’m still getting the same error (I think HDF5 is optional for setting up deal.ii anyway). 

To answer your question about intel compiler, it’s not my cluster, and its the one they prefer to use. Perhaps I’ll have to try and reinstall everything using gcc.
