[aspect-devel] Citation link in output header

I noticed in the header output that there is a reference for citation to:

https://aspect.geodynamics.org/cite.html <https://aspect.geodynamics.org/cite.html>

However, this information is not static. For example, perhaps v1.5.0 was used to produce the model output, but when the paper is written this was revised to 2.0.0. If the user now clicks the link, they would get the v2.0.0 info and not v1.5.0.

(or did I read the file incorrectly???)
