[CIG-ALL] The Vision for CIG-II

Over the course of the last nine months, the CIG Science Steering Committee 
has started forming a vision for continuing CIG beyond its current funding. 
This vision was presented at the CIG business meeting during the AGU 
Fall Meeting. A relatively concise description of this vision is now available 
on the CIG website at 
http://www.geodynamics.org/cig/proposalsndocs/documents/cig2.

The Science Steering Committee strongly encourages comments from the community 
on shaping this vision for CIG-II.
