Dear CIG Community:

Please join us for the 2014 CIG Mantle and Lithospheric Dynamics Workshop, Joint with the Canadian Geophysical Union (CGU). May 4-8 Banff, Canada. 
This meeting will be held at the historic Banff Park Lodge in scenic Banff National Park.  The meeting will be preceded by a field trip to the Columbia Icefields on May 4. The main program will begin Monday, May 5.  CIG will host sessions on Computational Science, Mantle and Lithospheric Dynamics and will also feature a short seminar on ASPECT. The program will combine invited and contributed talks as well as posters. CGU is also hosting sessions in the Solid Earth. Participants will have the opportunity to attend and submit abstracts to both.
