Log:
Fixed unit tests to handle tensile failure for Drucker Prager.
Note that computing the elastic constants is still a little tricky.
Depending on the input strains and state variables the numerical derivatives
used to compute the elastic constants will sometimes come up with a small
value (O ~10 or 100) rather than zero.
