[CIG-GEODYN] Questions about Calypso running

Hi, I'm Alex from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences（UCAS）. These days I have been focusing on geodynamo theory, so I'm trying to use Calypso to improve my research. When I ran the example dynamobenchmark_case_1 using the command mpirun -np 4 [Calypso_dir]/bin/sph_mhd ,I met some problems as follows:

 Read ascii data file: rst_4/rst.2.0.fst
At line 43 of file /home/lizhencun/software/calypso-1.1.1/src/Fortran_libraries/SERIAL_src/IO/skip_comment_f.f90 (unit = 15, file = 'rst_4/rst.2.0.fst')
Fortran runtime error: End of file
At line 43 of file /home/lizhencun/software/calypso-1.1.1/src/Fortran_libraries/SERIAL_src/IO/skip_comment_f.f90 (unit = 15, file = 'rst_4/rst.2.2.fst')
Fortran runtime error: End of file
At line 43 of file /home/lizhencun/software/calypso-1.1.1/src/Fortran_libraries/SERIAL_src/IO/skip_comment_f.f90 (unit = 15, file = 'rst_4/rst.2.1.fst')
Fortran runtime error: End of file

For my opinion, there are some problems with the generation of rst.2.0.fst(also rst.2.2.fst、rst.2.1.fst and rst.2.3.fst) file, but I don't know what the exact point is.My gfortran' version is GNU Fortran (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.6.3-1ubuntu5) 4.6.3 and my MPI library is OpenMPI-1.6.5, I use ubuntu 12.04 as my system. So could you tell me how I can fix this problem ,please? I will be great appreciated for your help!
