[CIG-LONG] Hydrostatic Term

Hello Gale Developers,

With the latest version of Gale (1.4.1) it appears from the manual that the
heat equation and Stokes equations are not automatically coupled for
general dynamic problems since the hydrostatic term, which is a function of
temperature, must be manually prescribed. Is this a permanent feature of
Gale?
