Thanks. I think I understand your problem now.
Making a mesh might be a little tricky, but it sounds like a doable problem.
How can I assist you to proceed? Probably from generating a mesh?
By the way, how much of computing resources can you afford?
I could think of some potential issues and one of them is that the
resolution of mesh might have to be quite high for this problem.
