[CIG-LONG] Low viscosity material around dike

Hello,

The attached script of mid-ocean ridge modeling
cannot create faults continuously . It just
creates only one or two faults on off-axis when
the divergence is set lower value (such as -2.0e6).
I think the low viscosity material around the
dike(1000m width) suppresses fault initiation
(please see attached figure).  Would you teach me
why the low viscous material is created on such
place and how to fix this problem ?
