[CIG-LONG] Gale compiled error

Dear Walter
    I  got  Gale codes form  http://geodynamics.org/hg/long/3D/  web site.
 LibXML2,  MPI,PETSc3.0.0 and HDF5 pacages  all  worked well by cygwin.
Gale has successfully configured, but when run ./scons there are some errors
like: TypeError: File /home/Adiministrator/gale/PICellerator/Apps/src found where directory expected.(see attachment).
    I want to learn how to add  synsedimentry to Gale mode and control   sedimentation rate during tectonic deformaion with Gale.
