[CIG-LONG] Gale Training at GSA deadline is Sept 27

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to remind you one last time that there will be a Gale
training session at GSA on Oct 30.  There is an early registration
deadline of Sept 27, this Monday.  GSA's rates go up if you register
later.
