[CIG-LONG] compiling Gale on a supercomputer

Still can't find libXML2 with:

./configure.sh --hdf5-dir=$SCINET_HDF5_BASE --cxxflags="-std=c++0x"
--linkflags="-lX11 -L/scinet/gpc/intel/mkl/lib/em64t -lmkl_lapack".

Again, I've attached the config.log file.
