[CIG-LONG] new install

Unfortunately, my issue was over a year ago now, on a different computer.
I'm afraid I'm out of ideas, it just had some similarities to my previous
issue.

The only other thing I noticed that there is also a linux-gnu-c-debug
folder, so you could attempt:
./configure.sh --petsc-dir=/home/matty/Programs/Petsc/petsc-3.2-p7
--petsc-arch=linux-gnu-c-debug

Perhaps petsc is still somehow using it?
