Luke,
It looks like you were correct. Here is the the output from the grep:
Looked in: ['/home/matty/Programs/Petsc/petsc-3.2-p7/lib',
'/home/matty/Programs/Petsc/petsc-3.2-p7/arch-linux2-c-debug/lib']
Looked in: ['/home/matty/Programs/Petsc/petsc-3.2-p7/lib',
'/home/matty/Programs/Petsc/petsc-3.2-p7/arch-linux2-c-debug/lib']
Looked in: ['/home/matty/Programs/Petsc/petsc-3.2-p7/lib64',
'/home/matty/Programs/Petsc/petsc-3.2-p7/arch-linux2-c-debug/lib']
Looked in: ['/home/matty/Programs/Petsc/petsc-3.2-p7/lib64',
'/home/matty/Programs/Petsc/petsc-3.2-p7/arch-linux2-c-debug/lib']
I tried:
./configure.sh --petsc-dir=/home/matty/Programs/Petsc/petsc-3.2-p7
--petsc-arch=arch-linux2-c-debug/lib
./configure.sh --petsc-dir=/home/matty/Programs/Petsc/petsc-3.2-p7
--petsc-arch=arch-linux2-c-debug/lib64
but that didn't change anything. How did you deal with your /lib issue.
Thanks again for all of your help.
