[CIG-MC] embedding pseudo-free surface

Hi All,

Is it possible in CitcomS to embed a regional pseudo-free surface
calculator within a global calculations using the exchanger (coupler)?
For example to use a free-slip BC in a global convection model with a
regional pseudo-free surface? I'm interested in one-way coupling.  If
this is not possible, is there a facility to specify side boundary
conditions for a regional model for use with the <side_sbcs = on>
switch?
