[CIG-MC] CitcomS: maximum degree for geoid calculation?

I just replied to Magali's email, and I thought that this may be relevant to other 
users as well. Also, perhaps someone at CIG may make a note on this.

To fix this problem, one needs to go to global_defs.h to increase the array size 
for hindex[100] from 100 to 400 to handle llmax<400.
