[CIG-MC] Name of Initial Temperature file

Hello,

I am working on Cookbook5 problem and I am using my own initial value
 temperature conditions.

nprocx = 2
nprocy = 2
nprocz = 2
nodex = 33
nodey = 65
nodez = 65

Could you please let me know what could be the possible name of my *initial
condition* files be and how large the files will be ? Will it have 33X33X65
rows along with the header file .

Please help.
