[CIG-MC] Debugging C files

Hi ,

I have two questions regarding Citcoms .
1)I like to debug the code "Ggrd_handling.c" could you please let me know
how to do that .
2) I have made some changes to Advection_diffusion.c and like to incorporate
it to my code . How can I do that .

I would be grateful if you could kindly help me .
