Hi Yangan,

This error message usually indicates that there is no driving force in 
the right-hand-side of the momentum equation, e.g. the temperature field 
is perfectly layered and no temperature perturbation is added. You need 
to double-check your input file. There might be a typo somewhere.

The best way to debug the input file for CitcomSFull/CitcomSRegional is 
to set
   VERBOSE=on
The code will then echo back the parameters read to screen.
