[CIG-MC] Installing CitcomS - Cygwin

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to install CitcomS under Cygwin?

I have tried running the configure but it fails:

andder at BAS-306SCAN-D1 /cygdrive/c/CitcomS/src/CitcomS-3.2.0
$ ./configure
./configure: line 18: $'\r': command not found
./configure: line 33: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'
'/configure: line 33: `     ;;

andder at BAS-306SCAN-D1 /cygdrive/c/CitcomS/src/CitcomS-3.2.0
$ make
-bash: make: command not found

Any ideas or guidance would be appreciated.
