[CIG-MC] CitcomS free flow through mesh

Hello,

I have a few questions about the boundary condition parameters in CitcomS.  For the bottom velocity boundary conditions, is it 1) possible to disable the impermeable BC so that flow can go through the bottom of the mesh and 2) Is it possible to like the top, set tangential velocities on the bottom nodes via a .dat file. 

For side boundary conditions, does turning SBCS = off allow flow to go in and out of the sides? It seems to me that by default the mesh does not allow flow to go in or out, is this possible to change without going into the source code?
