[CIG-MC] problem in CitcomS-3.2.0

I am an undergraduate student and will graduate soon. I will study further for a phd degree in geodynamics and CitcomS will be the most important tool. 

When I install CitcomS-3.2.0, the configuration always hangs up when it is installing the python dependencies. The config.log says "Download error: unknown url type: https". The attachment is the config.log. What could the problem be?
