[CIG-MC] CitcomS GGRD Compile Error

Hi all,

I've been having issues compiling Citcom with GGRD support. With the
release version (3.2.0) I get an error about a missing file:

BC_util.c:37:27: fatal error: ggrd_handling.h: No such file or directory

and with the svn development version I get a completely different
error about a function call in the Ggrd_handling.c file:

Ggrd_handling.c:128:5: error: too many arguments to function
‘ggrd_grdtrack_init_general’

(that error is repeated several times for every time the
ggrd_grdtrack_init_general function is called)

Is there an easy solution to this? ie changing the header file that
defines ggrd_grdtrack_init_general or so?
