[CIG-MC] CitcomCU/CitcomS/hc/Exchanger move to git

Hello everyone,

I recently asked the major active Citcom developers whether they had any changes to commit to the repositories before moving to Git.  I believe most of the changes were put in SVN so I have moved the repositories to Github as per the plan announced several months ago.  Please base further development on the Github repositories instead of SVN, which will be changed to read-only in the coming months.  The new repositories are as follows:

If you have any changes you'd still like to commit please contact me and I will help you.  If you would like write access to any repository also contact me.  And of course if you have any other concerns about Git or the transition feel free to contact me anytime.
