[CIG-MC] CitcomS- INITIAL CONDITIONS

Hi All,

how can I distinguish in the initial conditions the continental lithosphere
from the oceanic domain? I could use lith_age=2000 for the continental
lithosphere, but in this case the HSCM gives a too high lithosphere
thickness.
