[CIG-MC] Ellipsis3D， for help

dear，
i install the Ellipsis3D package on my computer, which is downloaded from  https://geodynamics.org/cig/software/ellipsis3d/.
When i test it on the chemical plume example according to the "README", several problems cropped up.
Q1: line10 in  "README", "Let it run as long as you like"---- It means i can rudely interrupt the program at any time. Is it right?
Q2: line 14 in  in  "README", when i typed "./get_node_files_dx_format.mk", it peompted "rm: cannot delete nodes0*: no file or directory    00001" . Does it influence the next progress?
Q3:  line 15 in  in  "README", when i typed "./get_particles_dx_format.mk",  "rm: cannot delete materialOnePoints_0*: no file or directory"   "rm: cannot delete materials_0*: no file or directory" and "Can't locate getopts.pl in @INC contains: /usr/local ……………………at Binary_read.pl line3. 0001 " appeared, following abundant "Could not open input file, nl: materialOnePoints_00001.dat:  no file or directory。  Can't locate getopts.pl in @INC contains: /usr/local ……………………at Binary_read.pl line3. 0006 "……………………………………
Will i need to change something in "get_node_file_dx_format.mk" and "get_particles_dx_format.mk"? I donnot know where i should change.


How can i solve this problem?
