[CIG-SEISMO] create_movie_shakemap_AVS_DX_GMT

Dear Pieyre,

I have got moviedata****** and downloaded OUTPUT_FILES and
DATABASES_MPI directories from cluster to my computer. Because the
manual is based on version 1.4.3, I suppose the code
"create_movie_shake_AVS_DX_GMT.f90" could make snapshots. But when I
executed xcreate_movie_shakemap_AVS_DX_GMT step by step, the code was
abnormal.

The steps I executed:
./xcreate_movie_shakemap_AVS_DX_GMT

 Recombining all movie frames to create a movie


 reading parameter file

   moviedata element surfaces:         9216
   moviedata total elements all:        36864

 Vertical displacement will be shown in movie

 1 = create files in OpenDX format
 2 = create files in AVS UCD format
 3 = create files in GMT xyz Ascii long/lat/Uz format
 any other value = exit

 enter value:
1 (manual input)

 movie frames have been saved every         3000  time steps

 enter first time step of movie (e.g. 1, enter -1 for shaking map)
1 (manual input)
 enter last time step of movie (e.g.        30000 )
30000 (manual input)

 1 = define file names using frame number
 2 = define file names using time step number
 any other value = exit

 enter value:

2 (manual input)
looping from            1  to        30000  every         3000  time steps

 total number of frames will be           10

 movie data:
 1= norm of velocity  2=velocity x-comp 3=velocity y-comp 4=velocity z-comp
2 (manual input)
there are a total of         9216  elements at the surface
