[CIG-SEISMO] some basic questions

Dear all,
I am a beginner for SPECFEM3D-1.4.3 and have some basic questions.
(1) I have only a PC to run SPECFEM3D-1.4.3.  If the code were to be
compiled with " FC=ifort --without-mpi", which parameters in constants.h and
Par_file would be changed? Is changing of the "NEX_XI" ,"NEX_ETA",
"NPROC_XI", "NPROC_ETA" from 24, 24, 3, 3 to 8, 8, 1, 1 right?
(2) Can I apply SPECFEM3D-1.4.3 to other region such as Wenchuan, China?
Except for the DEM data "topo_bathy_final.dat", which parameters in
constants.h and Par_file or data in other file would be modified?
(3) I studied SPECFEM3D-1.4.3 according to user manual, but the error were
got after running ./xspecfem3D. These error information is as follows:
