[CIG-SEISMO] two problems about SPECFEM3D_2.0

Dear 胡元鑫,
Indeed the manual is not up to date, because SPECFEM3D_2.0 is still
under development and therefore the manual corresponds to the older
version (SPECFEM3D_1.4.3) unfortunately. It will be updated in the next
few weeks.
For now, please contact our main developer, Pieyre Le Loher
<pieyre.le_loher at inria.fr> , who will be able to help you adapt your
existing Par_file to SPECFEM3D_2.0.
To all: we should soon update the manual... many things have changed...
