[CIG-SEISMO] SPECFEM3D_GLOBE - configure.ac inconsistency

Hi SPECFEM3D_GLOBE developers,

I just wanted to point out two small inconsistencies in the
configure(.ac) scripts.

Firstly, the configure/configure.ac scripts both claim to be 5.1.2, even
though the tarball and webpage say the latest release is 5.1.3.

Secondly, `configure` and `configure.ac` are out of sync. `configure.ac`
still gives [DATA/Par_file DATA/CMTSOLUTION DATA/STATIONS] in
`AC_CONFIG_FILES` while `configure` does not and the *.in files were
removed. (This is a good reason why generated scripts like configure
should not be in version control.)
