Feel free to email me off the list if you want help installing fotran
and mpi.  scotch
is also available in the package.

Send me a direct email (mdalton at princeton.edu) with:
     - Which Linux distribution you are using (RedHat/SuSE or
Ubuntu/Debian etc).
     - Which compiler you have intel, pgi, gnu.

For starting: gnu and openmpi should be simple.
     RedHat:
          yum install gcc gcc-gfortran openmpi openmpi-devel
     SuSE:
zypper install gcc gcc-c++ gcc-fortran openmpi openmpi-devel
     Ubuntu/Debian:
         apt-get install gcc g++ gfortran openmpi-bin openmpi-doc
libopenmpi-dev

Then you should set your LD_LIBRARY_PATH or at least in the compile
depending on where you have openmpi installed.
