[CIG-SEISMO] creating mesh file for a pipe model

Dear HuVolan,

Thank you for your answer. What I mean is that you probably do not need 
any "face_top" file at all. (or, if the code needs one, using an empty 
one should be fine i.e. set the number of elements to zero on its first 
line).
