[CIG-SEISMO] python LibGmsh2Specfem_convert_Gmsh_to_Specfem2D_official.py

Dear Wouter,
I think that this was due to the fact that you are working on a Mac. I
have just commited an update of the python script. Just update your
SPECFEM2D version.
