[CIG-SEISMO] Specfem3DGlobe

Marek,

as far as I remember, the default make target just creates the meshed and solver. The post proc utilities are not created by default. 

Just do a 

 make xcombine_vol_data

or 

 make combine_vol_data

or what ever executable you need at it should be build.
