[CIG-SEISMO] how to derive Moment tensor from fault angles

Dear Dimitri,

In your 2010's paper you use a source which has a Moment Tensor with strike=0,dip=20,rake=45,I wonder how to change these parameters into a Moment Tensor(Mrr,Mrθ,etc),what's the equation for this?Or can you kindly tell what's the CMTSOLUTION you use in this papre so that I can do a test?Many thanks and wait for your reply!
