[CIG-SEISMO] CUBIT 13.0 vs GEOCUBIT

Dear SPECFEM3D developers,
I am planning to work on using SPECFEM3D in my research. I was going through the scripts. They are basically written for GEOCUBIT. I have Cubit 13.0 with me on my linux machine. Are they different software? Can the script be used in Cubit 13.0? Will it require any changes to make the scripts compatible for Cubit 13.0?
