[CIG-SEISMO] SPECFEM3D_GLOBE - topography ON when onecrust is used?

Dear Laura,

Yes, you can use TOPOGRAPHY with *_onecrust.
Same thing for OCEANS
(note that OCEANS needs TOPOGRAPHY, otherwise if I remember correctly it 
will put oceans everywhere (I think))
