[CIG-SEISMO] Asking snapshots in SPECFEM2D

I believe in the Par_file, this is done by using the output_wavefield_dumps
= .true. flag, and setting use_binary_for_wavefield_dumps = .true.

As you probably already know, these files will be rather large, and the
file I/O may slow down your runs (I'm not sure I have not experimented with
this feature).
