40 elements along each axis with 5 GLL NODES.
200 nodes along x and 200 nodes along y
200 * 200 = 40000
Note that there are some duplicate entries.

Format of velocity model file
Column #1 : node number
Column #2 : x-coord
Column #3 : y-coord
Column #4 : rho
Column #5 : vp
Column #6 : vs
