[CIG-SEISMO] SPECFEM3D_2.1 installation issus

Hi Steven,

The old SVN version is obsolete, please switch to the current version of 
the code, i.e. type:

git clone --recursive --branch devel 
https://github.com/geodynamics/specfem3d.git

as explained at http://geodynamics.org/cig/software/specfem3d/ and 
everything should be fine.
