[CIG-SEISMO] AxiSEM v1.1 released

We are pleased to announce the release of AxiSEM version 1.1, a parallel
spectral-element solver for seismic wave propagation in axially or
spherically symmetric earth models including anisotropy and attenuation.
Version 1.1 includes a flexible handling of user-defined 1D models,
power-law Q attenuation and several minor bugfixes. For details see the
provided HISTORY file. Please update to this version if you are using
AxiSEM for production runs.
You can download a tar-ball with the source code and manual from:

Detailed installation instructions for the source code are included in
the README file. Typical use-cases are described in the manual.
