[CIG-SEISMO] Using visit to visualize sw4 volimage files

Hi Jose,
The visit plugin in tools/sw4img can currently only deal with 2-D slices
of the 3-D mesh, i.e., image files and not volimage files. We make most of
our movies based on image files, which are much smaller and easier to deal
with.
