[CIG-SEISMO] SW4 v 1.1

Hi,

I was able to compile and test SW4 v 1.1 under Centos 6.5 with the Intel Composer XE 2013 SP1 compiler, library, and mpi runtime suite with the attached include file make.inc.

I also compiled SW4 with the Gfortran version included with Centos 6.5 and ran it using openmpi. The Intel compiler suite (which used all Intel libraries and mpi runtime routines) ran about 2.1 times faster than the Gfortran version. I also included the Gfortran make include file for reference.
