[CIG-SEISMO] SW4 v 1.1 (O'Connell, Dan [FWLA])

Dear Daniel,
Good to hear you had success installing sw4 on your system. If you want to
share your setup files, please push them to the sw4 git repository because
your attachments did not make it through our firewall. It is a good idea
to give your make.xyz files a unique name, so they won't overwrite some
existing setup file.
