[CIG-SEISMO] quick questions about the software

Hi Martin, Yenan and Dimitri,

yes, Martin is right. We had implemented the output of rotations in
SPECFEM3D_GLOBE quite a while ago. I will try to have a look into the
old code in the coming days and can send you the relevant parts.
