[CIG-SEISMO] quick questions about the software

Dear Dimitri and Yenan,

I think Bernhard Schuberth (LMU) implemented strain and rotation output 
into SPECDEM_GLOBE a few years ago and we used it for the example in 
Fig.8 in this paper:

So maybe there still is a copy of that around.
