[CIG-SEISMO] SPECFEM3D Cartesian kinematic fault source example

Hi,
Could anyone share a kinematic fault source example using specfem3d? The
manual and the fault_examples only cover dynamic fault sources. Based on
fault_solver_kinematic.f90, I guess the Par_file_faults file is different
and snapshot files for all nodes on the faults must be provided. It will be
very helpful, if some one can give a clear example about those files
similar to the ones for dynamic fault sources. Thanks.
