[CIG-SEISMO] New "Poisson Ratio warning" in Specfem3D??

Hi Vladimir,

It is likely a bug in the new release. Let me check the Git logs to see 
who to contact regarding recent changes.

Should be easy to fix, and thus fixed soon.
