[CIG-SEISMO] Numerical dispersion?

Dear all,

By considering NEX_XI, NEX_ETA, minimum and maximum velocities, can we
estimate an appropriate value for source frequency?
Perhaps a rough frequency before starting the simulation to avoid numerical
simulation(?).

I'm sorry if this issue has been discussed before. It's kind of you to
share any valuable experience.
