I have a job that keeps dying. It successfully decomposes databases, but
keeps dying during the "generate databases" step. The only unusual feature
of my meshed geometry is that it is composed of one very large body and then
a lot of very small bodies.
The last line from the "output_mesher.txt" file is
"saving mesh files for AVS, OpenDX, Paraview"
And then the job crashes...
The log from the job file says
Running Shell Script

-------------------------------------------------------
Primary job terminated normally, but 1 process returned
a non-zero exit code.. Per user-direction, the job has been aborted.
